Accept, Decline, or Adjust Your Financial Aid

1. Access Financial Aid Options
Log into SOAR and navigate to the Financial Aid menu, then select Accept/Decline Awards.
2. Select the Aid Year
Choose the appropriate Financial Aid Year (e.g., 2021–2022) from the drop-down menu.
3. Accept or Decline
Select each offered financial aid item individually and use the Action menu to either Accept or Decline.
4. Adjust Loan Amounts
If accepting a loan, you can reduce the amount by typing a lower figure into the Accepted amount field before submitting.
5. Submit
Click the Submit button once all adjustments and selections are complete.
